Women & Criminal Justice is an active peer-reviewed scholarly journal currently published bimonthly by Taylor & Francis. Launched in 1989, it publishes interdisciplinary research related to female offenders, victims and practitioners in the field of criminal justice.

Each issue features original articles on crime, victimization and the criminal justice system as they pertain to differences among females and males, or to the social and cultural construction of gender, including critical analyses of the intersections of race, ethnicity, and/or class with gender in order to improve domestic and international responses to crime and victimization involving women and girls. It also periodically publishes commentaries on methodological issues, as well as reports of ongoing research and research findings. Occasional special-focus sections and issues are dedicated to a particular topic of interest.

The Internet Archive Collection contains microfilm published between 2005 and 2009.
