School Leadership & Management is an active peer-reviewed scholarly journal published five times a year. Launched in 1981 under the name School Organisation before changing to its current form in 1997, the journal focuses on issues of leadership and management in classrooms, schools, and the school systems. 

Each issue publishes a number of scholarly articles focused on new insights into leadership and management practices, exploring alternative, critical, and re-conceptualized views of school leadership and management, as well as studies that extend and deepen understandings of key issues associated with leadership.

The Internet Archive Collection contains microfilm published between 1998 and 2013.
