Journal of Workplace Behavioral Health is an active peer-reviewed scholarly journal published quarterly by Taylor & Francis. Launched in 1985, it publishes the latest best practices and research for professionals concerned with the overall wellness and behavioral health of the workforce and their employers.
Each issue features original articles that report on the advances of workplace-focused practices and applications, including policy, program, and interventions, that promote well-being and behavioral health in workplace environments. Published papers cover a range of topics, such as employees' work-related stress, behavioral health and well-being, family problems, interpersonal conflict, legal difficulties, and grief and loss, as well as a variety of organizational development and leadership subjects aimed at supporting employee assistance program (EAP) professionals. It also contains reviews of new literature relevant to the field. Occasional special-focus issues are dedicated to a particular topic of interest.
