Journal of Labelled Compounds and Radiopharmaceuticals is an active peer-reviewed scientific journal published 14 times a year by Wiley. Launched in 1965, it is the official journal of the International Isotope Society and publishes research dealing with all aspects of labelled compound preparation and applications of these compounds.

Each issue features original articles and review papers concerning the preparation and application of labelled compounds, including tracer methods used in medical, pharmacological, biological, biochemical and chemical research in vitro and in vivo. It also contains the latest information on practitioner protocols, news, and diary and conference announcements. Occasional special-focus issues are dedicated to a particular topic of interest. 

The Internet Archive Collection contains microfilm published between 1965 and 2004.
