Immunology and Allergy Clinics of North America is an active scholarly review published quarterly by Elsevier. Launched in 1981 as Clinics in Immunology and Allergy, it acquired its current name in 1987 and provides coverage of current advances and new treatment options in the field, as well as the latest trends in patient management.

Each thematic issue features original state-of-the-art reviews on a single topic in immunology and allergy, including (but not limited to) allergens, immunotherapy, anaphylaxis, asthma, drug allergy, eosinophil-related disorders, food allergy, immunodeficiency states (non-HIV), basic science, mast cell disorders, rhinitis and sinusitis, and urticaria and angioedema.

The Internet Archive Collection contains microfilm published between 1981 and 2006.
