The Evangelical Review of Theology (ERT) is an active scholarly journal now published by the World Evangelical Alliance. Established in 1977, the journal was published by Paternoster Periodicals until August 2020 when it became a free electronic journal. Currently edited by Thomas Schirrmacher, the journal publishes theological articles and book reviews from an evangelical perspective, reflecting global scholarship for theologians, educators, church leaders, missionaries, administrators and students.

As of April 2020, the journal’s contents has been broadened to include biblically and theologically grounded contributions on current issues of concern, and insights into the global Christian community, suitable for general readers as well as theologians.

The Internet Archive Collection contains microfilm published between 1980 and 2015.
