Brain Injury is an active peer-reviewed medical journal currently published 14 times a year by Taylor & Francis. Launched in 1987, it is the official journal of the International Brain Injury Association (IBIA) and publishes research on neurotrauma in adult and pediatric populations.

Each issue features original articles covering the full range of relevant topics relating to clinical, translational, and basic science research on acquired brain injury and impairment. Published papers explore a number of subject areas, including emergency and acute medical care, acute and post-acute rehabilitation, family and vocational issues, and long-term supports, as well as assessment and interventions for functional, communication, neurological and psychological disorders. It also contains review papers, case studies, and commentaries, along with reviews of new literature relevant to the field. Occasional special-focus issues are dedicated to a particular topic of interest.

The Internet Archive Collection contains microfilm published between 1987 and 2013.
