Annals of Medicine is an active peer-reviewed medical journal covering the study of medicine and molecular genetics, with a particular focus on internal medicine. It was established in 1969 and is published eight times annually by Taylor & Francis.

The journal publishes original research and reviews across all areas of medicine, covering advances in the understanding of the pathogenesis of diseases and in how medicine and molecular genetics can be applied in daily clinical practice.  Also featured are reviews, mini-reviews, commentaries, clinical studies, study protocols and, occasionally, Letters to the Editor.

The Internet Archive Collection contains microfilm published between 1989 and 2001.
