Annals of Emergency Medicine is an active peer-reviewed medical journal covering all aspects of emergency medicine care. It was established in 1972 and is published monthly by Elsevier. It is the official journal of the American College of Emergency Physicians (ACEP).

The journal publishes original research, clinical reports, opinion, and educational information related to the practice, teaching, and research of emergency medicine. In addition to general emergency medicine topics, articles on out-of-hospital emergency medical services, paediatric emergency medicine, injury and disease prevention, health policy and ethics, disaster management, toxicology, and related topics are also featured. 

The Internet Archive Collection contains microfilm published between 1980 and 2015.
