Zufall Aufnahmen is a small netlabel based in Vienna, Austria. It started in 2003 with 3 Artists: Patchwork on the Blues, Some and Ekustika. While many other netlabels have an emphasis on electronic music, ZA tries to have no limitations in style.

Recording of a concert in Schottenfeldgasse 81-83 at April the 5th 2003. First release of Zufall Aufnahmen and first CD of Patchwork on the Blues. Also contains two songs by Some. (Really bad recording quality)

This is a compilation documenting the Summer Festival in Eschelberg 2005. The main idea behind making this Album was, to give a listenable souvenir to all who played and listened at the event. The bands were Some, Sergej Pepper and Alex Anders. After the shows and on the next day nice jam sessions took place.

"Ivan der Bauernwalzerkoenig" is the second Album by Ivan der Dreckige. It contains an interesting and quite funny mixture of Ballads, Blues and typical Austrian folk music. For those of you who dont speak German, there are some songs in English on it. Eight songs - this time more focused on the voice (Mir as a child was member of the village choir for a lon time) - knit together from material from the last 5 years.

The rest of the session wasn´t recorded, because samone poured a glass of white wine over the recording desk. We were happy that nothing got destroyed, nevertheless we maybe lost the craziest parts of the jam. It took place at Primitive Studios in Vienna Austria in May 2006.

Zufall Aufnahmen is a small netlabel based in Vienna, Austria. It started in 2003 with 3 Artists: Patchwork on the Blues, Some and Ekustika. While many other netlabels have an emphasis on electronic music, ZA tries to have no limitations in style.ZA also organizes concerts for the artists on the label and a keyboard jam session, called TastenWahnSinn, wich takes place at different nice places in Vienna.
In 2006 ZA started to release literature, also available on the label homepage for free und - like the music - under creative commons licence.
At the moment we have 24 musical releases and 15 publications in literature by overall 18 artists, with more soon to come.
