We have about 2 TB of data to upload. We have some question.

1) What is the cost of your services?
2) If we use the 2TB Bandwidth/month. What will be the cost?
3) Is the data is secure on InternetArchive?
4) May we sync data using R-sync.

Please help in this regard

1) Millions of dollars for them, 0$ for you. They have over 50000 terabytes on their servers, or 50000000 gigabytes. They rely on donations, and in 2018 they had a revenue of 20.3 million dollars. So they are making money, which is great, because they deserve it. If you are going upload 2 TB, I would suggest donating a couple dollars here and there to help out.
2) You won't need to pay.
3) It's all public, anyone can search for them and find them.
4) Not sure.

So yeah, its completely free for you.
