The Internet Bookmobile is ready to make the rounds in the Bay Area once again! If you know of or work with any schools, libraries, neighborhood centers, museums, or other public programs that might like a visit/workshop from the Bookmobile -- or if you know of a farmer's market, peace rally, festival, neighborhood event, or other public gathering that might be hospitable to a Bookmobile -- please let me know and we'll set something up!

I'd like to have the Bookmobile come to our Martin Luther King Jr. Celebration at Kolb Middle School in Rialto, California on Mon. Jan. 16th in order to celebrate literacy while volunteers beautify our school. We are collecting new and used books for our kids who read several grade levels below their current grade. Can someone contact me regarding the possibility of the Bookmobile's presence? We'd be thrilled to have you there.

L.Best,
8th grade teacher

That sounds great! I'd love to bring the Bookmobile to Rialto... why don't we communicate over email to work it all out? My address is kirsten@archive.org, and I check it all the time.

Hooray! Hope to hear from you soon!

Hi again, I'm checking back to see if we can get an official committment to come to our MLK Day celebration at Kolb Middle School in Rialto, California. My boss is excited to hear about the Bookmobile and we're looking to coordinate ASAP. Thanks!
