Sorry for my easy english.

I see that many books downloaded from the Internet Archive comes from google-books, where, however, are not downloadable. Why?
I need a magazine that Google-books can not download: "Archivio italiano per le malattie nervose e più particolarmente per le alienazioni mentali" from 1870 to 1892. Can you help?
