Dupont (shown) and Ormond have installed equipment to extend free wifi provided by the Archive warehouse on Florida St.. Free high speed internet will now be relayed to/from Nichol's Knob (a high point in Richmond) to more of Atchison Village, the National Historic Landmark co-op housing units built during WWII for shipbuilders (450 residences). The number of users in AV is sure to increase! To volunteer to help expand access (time or money) or to see how your home or others in need of Internet access might be reached within Richmond, contact Dupont at cldupont@gmail.com
