in good hosting terms youd never use more that 75% incase you quickly need to move stuff. so i imagine they do the same. when they run out they simply add more servers and storage. the system will be a simple and eay to expand so theyd add a server tell the node servers about it and the software will add the new server or petabox to the system. its almost as sinple as adding a new hardrive to a very very large computer
