The petabox team just brought the 6th pair of racks of our new machines online. This will increase our data storage space by 700TB.

We store everything twice in 2 locations, so we really have 12 racks now, and they store and process our 2petabytes (2,000,000,000,000,000 Bytes) of books music and video.

This is fantastic news! I wish there was a "like" button for this, though. I don't think two people could be the only people ecstatic about this.
